River Road Reserve - Shoalhaven Heads, NSW - Off-Leash Dog Areas on Waymarking.com

The River Road Reserve dog off leash area extends from the public jetty near where the co-ordinates were taken to the boat ramp, a distance of some 1.4 kilometres. There is ample parking & toilets at both ends. Dogs, along with their owners, have access to the reserve 24 hours a day. There are no enclosed areas within the off leash area. The City of Shoalhaven provides advice of off leash areas via their web site (visit link) plus signs on site define the limits & responsibilities of dog owners.

The additional co-ordinates are for the parking area adjacent to the boat ramp.

There are another two off leash sites nearby, one along 7 Mile Beach, the other at Jerry Bailey Oval. Details of these can be found on the Council website listed above & appear on signs at either end of the off leash area.
