Small and austere late-Baroque Church of the Fourteen Holy Helpers (Kostel ctrnácti svatých pomocníku), a typical example of Capuchin architecture, you can find in northern part of main public space of town Melník - Namestí Míru (Peace Square).
The church, built by Capuchin monks in 1752–1753, is well preserved sacral space of late-Baroque architecture. It served to adjacent Capuchin monastery until its liquidation by Communist regime in 1950. Both exterioar and interior of the church are characteristic by their simplicity and austerity - so typical for Capuchin structures. The church is single nave structure with rectangular presbytery, triangular gable and front facade decorated by fresco of St. Francis of Assisi.
