This is a 'Boing 747 Jumbo Jet' aircraft on a permanent display outside of the Technikmuseum (Museum of Technology) in Speyer, Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz.
The aircraft was used by the German airline Lufthansa. The first flight was on 03-10-1978. It has been set on public display in 2002.
The aircraft had to be completely dismantled for transport.
The entire interior, including the cargo area can be entered by visitors. There is even the possibility of to walk on one of the wings in a height of 20m.
The aircraft's name is 'Schleswig-Holstein'.
You have to enter the museum to get full access to the aircraft. But it is well visible from the street.
