During my recent visit to Simon's Town, I spied 3 anchors in the waterfront park in the center of town.

This is one of 3 big anchors that I spied in my recent visit to Simon's Town. This one had no plaque with it. It has been lovingly cleaned and spruced up for display. This anchor is the one located adjacent St. George's road and next to the memorial to those who were affected by the edict of 1967.
