From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with Green Ridge Road, FR11. Turn right on FR11 and continue for about 10.0 miles. Bear left on FR1150 and continue about 2.4 miles to the intersection with FR1152. Turn left and continue about 0.5 miles to the junction with FR1152-300. Turn right and continue on FR1152-300, keeping to the left at a T-junction, for about 0.8 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel pipe in a mound of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: The corner is about 300' S from FR1152-300. There is a Carsonite witness post with a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal. Found seven trees with scribed or partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and ATTENTION signs on the opposite sides. Three are large ponderosa pines, some of the original bearing trees.
