This Eagle Project is located at the northwest corner of Perry's Carnegie Library. A small courtyard has a picnic bench that was part of the project, and nearby is the picnic table also installed by Scout Christopher Mitchell.
A plaque on the north side of the library wall gives the following information:
2006 Eagle Scout Project
Christopher "Kit" Mitchell
(picnic table and park bench)
