These two wheels hung up like two horse thieves, one to a telephone pole, the other to a nastie ole post.
Someone put a small US flag up on the post, either to pretty it up a bit or to pay homage to the hung wheel.
I'm not sure.
They guard and box the edges of Edgewood Springs Rd, which is a gravel road to a small residential area. I think about 5 or 6 houses is all. Nice homes, the ones I saw.
