In Metamora, by the village green, is the Metamora Village Hall/Administration Building, with a dated stone with the year 1930.

The building is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Davenport and Mt. Vernon. The building is in two parts. The part to the right (south) has an engraved stone saying, "Metamora Administration Building," while the part on the left says "Village Hall - 1930." There is an open walkway that spans between them.

There isn't much information available about the building itself. Metamora was in existance well before this year and was the county seat for Woodford County from 1843 to 1898.
Year of construction: 1930
