Set back and out of the way plaza, this was the first Chinese restaurant in the area. When I moved here in 1994, it was the only one. (Today we now have 3 more) It is now operated by the children of the original owners, the "Fusion Cuisine" has not changed. If you like Hunan, this is some of the best which I have ever eaten.
