Located in the passageway of the Santa Barbara County Courthouse that leads to the courtyard, this ceramic mural is located high up on a wall. It depicts Ortega standing proudly..as four Native Americans stand nearby... appearing to be helping him. The colors of the mural almost appears as if it is a watercolor.
The caption on the mural reads:
