The Mount Hood Railroad Depot is the original depot for the short line Mount Hood Railroad. This depot is still operational after 100 years and celebrates its 100th year anniversary in 2006. This depot caters to those who are interested in scenic rail excursions. The railroad also currently offers freight services two to three days a week. The depot is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Mt. Hood Railroad depot is located on the south side of I-84, 60 miles east of Portland at Exit 63 in Hood River Oregon.
