Situated along the shores of the Mississippi River, Lebourget Park is a scenic spot for a picnic or stroll along the riverside. Named for the city in France that Charles Lindbergh landed The Spirit of St. Louis on his historic 1927 park, the park also features a kiosk with historical information signs, a sister city memorial, citizen memorial and nice garden area. Great to stretch your legs. The city is debating opening up the park to camping.
