As the plaque reads:

Saskatchewan History & Folklore Society INC.

All Saints Anglican Church

The first service in this building was led by Rev. F.W. King, June 9, 1909. The Great West Window, medieval in colour and design, dates from Pre-Reformation England, 1642-46. The East Window, a gift from the Sunday school is an E.T. Lyons Original and was presented in 1912.

In 1911, a locomotive bell was donated by D. Robertson.

This plaque is dedicated to the volunteers from all denominations who built an addition to the missionary church on Empire Day, May 24, 1909.

Erected 1995 by the All Saints Anglican Parish and the town of Watrous as a tribute to our parishioners and clergy, past and present.
