In Washington, just off Business US 24, is Taylor Lodge No. 28, within the Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M State of Illinois.

The lodge is on Wilmore Road, about 100 ft north of the intersection with Route 24/8.

The building is made of brick and has two levels of a low peaked roof, plus a peaked overhang. There are paned windows in front with a door, and block windows along the side.

The lodge meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
