In Metamora, just south of the village common, is the water tank for the community.
The tank is located near Davenport Street and is above several municipal operations including the fire station. The tank is a cylinder with a round bottom. Four legs support the tank and the pipe extends down from the center. The tank is painted blue with black letters. On the tank is the name, "Metamora."
