A replica of the FIRST Gasoline-Automobil of the world is on a permanent dirsplay in the Daimler Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It is located inside the museum but can be visited without any fee.
It is called 'Benz Patent Motorwagen'. It has been constructured by Karl Benz in 1886. It has been patented on 1/19/1886.
Main features of the two-seater 1885 realized vehicle are the small, high-speed single-cylinder four-stroke engine, installed horizontally in the rear, the tubular steel frame, differential and three wire-spoke wheels. The engine delivers 0.75 hp (0.55 kW).
This is the first real Automobile of the world.
The replica can be visited during the opening hours of the museum.
It can be visited for free. You do not have to pay an entrance fee. Just enter the museum and go downstairs to the lowest floor.
