This 5' tall granite monument commands your attention as you walk by on the sidewalk. "In Memoriam" of those who fought in Cuba, Porto Rico (spelling on monument), U.S.A. and Philippine Islands. Erected by DeRosey C. Cabell Aux in 1938.
