Here's a link to the Original Datasheet.

From California Highway 17, take the Summit Road exit and head east. Go about 2 miles and turn left onto Chasewood Drive. Benchmark station will be on the left side of the road. It's near a tree in front of a white house.

A fence corner described in a 1972 and 1990 recovery is no longer present. The station marker lies at the edge of an oak shade tree in front of a residence, not far from the edge of the road. The road is about 1 1/2 lanes wide, but I was able to park just off the road, a few dozen yards from the marker.

As noted also by WhistlingWind in 2003, a neighbor's goat across the street seemed to watch my visit and followed me (inside his fence) to my car parked along side the road! :-)
