In fact, out of 2,846 restaurants rated by Tripadvisor in Boston, Sam LaGrassa's was ranked number 3. This place beat out high end steak houses and seafood restaurants! Food Network's Guy Fieri came for the Chipotle Pastrami sandwich and Boston Clam Chowder. I came for a sandwich - one of the best I've ever had. If you're in Boston, you gotta try this place. They're open till 3:00 for lunch, a godsend to those of us who forget to think about lunch until 2:45. The food is very fresh and tasty, and sandwiches are full of meat or cheese or whatever they're supposed to be full of. Employees manage to manage an ENORMOUS volume of food and customers milling around in a small space; never lose their sense of humor; and are always glad to see you or take your order. Their deliveries are on time, and, in my experience, they've never blown an order. They deserve a great deal of credit."
