Marcoussis hat ca. 7000 Einwohner. 1970 wurde die offizielle Städtepartnerschaft abgeschlossen. Es finden jährlich Jugend- und Erwachsenen-Austauschfahrten statt. Die Entfernung der beiden Städte beträgt 950 km.
