The Donnersberg is the highest peak of the Palatinate (German: Pfalz) region of Germany. It is famous for its important settlement (oppidum) of the Celtic La Tène period and its view form the highest point, the rock Königstuhl.
This Penny smasher stands close to the parking place near the Waldhaus. You can choose between two designs (one showing the "Ludwigsturm" or the one showing the "Donnersberg"). You need a 5 Euro-cent coin to be smashed, the fee is 1 €.
