In Boston's South End is an eating establishment known both as the Rattlesnake Bar and Grill and Poe's Kitchen. This sign in the window is for the Rattlesnake Bar and Grill.
The Rattlesnake Bar and Grill is located on the south side of Boylston Street, about a block west of the intersection with Arlington Street and from the Boston Public Garden. The sign is in the second story window.
The sign is only partially lit. The upper portion, not lit, is formed in the words, "The Original." Below that is the head of a rattlesnake, also unlit. Partially lit, in red, is the word, "Rattlesnake." In the bottom, in green, are the words, "Est 1990."
