What looks like a brand new Smokey Bear wood carving is standing by the roadside outside the Norfolk Fire Station #3 located just north of the Adirondack State Park. Smokey Bear is standing on a wood stump and looks freshly painted. He is holding a real spade shovel between his hand. The tip of the shovel is resting on the stump.
