This two-story Italianate-style Victorian was built around 1900 and features a hipped roof with frieze-work and other ornamentation. It has had many owners and is known as the James G. Wolfe house and as the Rosa Browning house. Browning owned the house from 1904 to 1922. Wolfe owned the house in the early 1930s; he worked as a janitor at the Bligh Hotel.
