The flush bracket is at the base of the stone support for a wooden deck bridge over the canal.
The bridge carries Low Lane over the canal and is used to give access to fields from a nearby farm. The nearest access to the canal to here is at Brunthwaite Bridge Lane, which is between the towns of Keighley and Silsden.
