Bageriet er mere end 30 år gammelt og har gennem tiden haft forskellige indehavere. Dog har bageriet altid haft et godt ry og trofaste kunder kommer gerne langvejs fra for at købe frisk bagt brød her.
De nuværende ejere overtog bageriet i 2010, og en af deres tiltag har været at udvide sortimentet med glutenfri produkter. Bagermester Bjarne Vilsgaard har vundet flere præmier for sit arbejde. I 2011 blev han kåret som Europamester i kategorien bløddej.
This bakery is more than 30 years old with different owners through the years. However, the bakery always had a good reputation and loyal customers come from afar to buy bread here.
The current owners acquired the bakery in 2010, and one of their trademarks has been to expand the product range with gluten-free products. Master Baker Bjarne Vilsgaard has won several awards for his work. In 2011 he won the European Bakers Championship in the category soft dough.
