This is the main fire station (#1) for the Corvallis Fire Department. It also houses the department's administrative offices. Department wide there are more than 100 total paid and volunteer staff members; Corvallis is the largest city in Oregon to maintain a combination paid/volunteer city fire department. Annually, the department (all stations combined) respond to about 6,000 calls and roughly 75% of those are for emergency medical services. The department has about 20 vehicles (all stations combined).
