The North End of Boston is now a predominately Italian neighborhood. A memorial to the first Italian Boston policeman who was also the first Italian policeman killed in the line of duty is on the wall of this historic area. The plaque is located right next to the famous equestrian statue of Paul Revere.
The plaque has a picture of Patrolman Andrew B. Cuneo and the following inscription:
