The Woburn Korean War Memorial is located on the south corner of the triangular Woburn Town Common.

The Woburn Korean War Memorial is the central monument in a row of war memorials on the Woburn Town Common. A 6' high rectangular granite stele, notched on the top of each side, rests on a granite base. In the upper part of the memorial there is a niche with a relief sculpture of a soldier dressed in combat uniform. He is kneeling on his right knee on a beveled slope while holding his rifle diagonally across his body with his left hand near the barrel and his right hand on the stock.

Below are the incised cross flags of the United States and the United Nations. near the base is the inscription:
IN MEMORY OF THE MEN AND WOMEN
OF WOBURN WHO SERVED THEIR COUNTRY
DURING THE KOREAN CONFLICT
