The two feudal estates situated at the top above Vlastislav village near Lovosice appear to be one complex. But the impression is misleading. Skalka Castle is perched at the top of a rock, that most certainly gave name to the castle, is much older than the neighbouring chateau; the remains of the castle lookout tower is still proudly surveying the local countryside. The castle vanished during the Thirty Years' War and only then Hrzánové of Harasov had a Baroque castle built underneath the ruins of the castle. The chateau was built from the building material provided by the former castle, therefore not much has survived from the castle but the mentioned tower.
