The Evert Stokbrug is one of three bridges crossing the Vecht river in Maarssen. The bridge connects the Kaatsbaan (the most important shopping street in Maarssen-Dorp) and the Breedbaan with each others.
The bridge guard lived in the house next to the bridge (from 1936).
The bridge is now operated from the nearby Termeerbrug, an other bridge across the Vecht in Maarssen.
The bridge and the bridge guard house are municipal monuments.
