The Kowloon Restaurant is located along the Route 1 in Saugus, which is famous for its unique attractions. The Kowloon Restaurant is one of the largest restaurants of it's type in America. It has a seating capacity of 1200.

The Chinese lions flank the landmark A-frame entrance to the restaurant. Each lion is carved from stone and stands about 4' high on 3' high pedestals.
