A local farmer, who apparently lives in town, parks his tractors alongside the highway for everyone to admire when they aren't actually out in the field earning their keep. All of the tractors, most dating back to the 1950s or earlier, show signs of being well maintained and the effects of recent use.
The John Deere Model 720 was manufactured in 1956-1958 with three different versions and four different 2-cyclinder engines. This tractor has the 350 cubic inch (5.9 liter) 2-cylinder, four-valve gasoline engine. The spacing of both front and rear wheels could be adjusted to match the spacing of the row crops being worked.
Engine Type: Internal Combustion
Wheel Type: Rubber
Make: John Deere
Model: Model 720
