The indoor pool of the Lakeview Clubhouse and recreational center, serving the small community of Woodbridge, CA is fully accessible, providing both a wheelchair ramp (below left) and a lift (below right).

Amongst many other things, the center provides water aerobic classes and other recreational and rehabilitation activities for seniors.
