From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with FR11. Turn right and continue on FR11 for 4.6 miles. Park at the intersection and continue on FR11 for about 0.3 mile to the National Forest boundary. Turn left and hike N through thinned land for about 0.4 mile to the corner some distance away on the right.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is about 1295' E from WAYMARK WMJ0HZ through light brush. There is an orange T-bar fence post and two bearing trees. The blazes on the bearing trees have healed over, and no yellow tags are affixed. There is a LOCATION POSTER on a 16" western red cedar that bears N25°W at 40.8' distant. Note that the tack is incorrectly posited.
What property is this mark defining?:
At one time, this was the NE corner of a parcel designated USFS LOT 1.
