This large mural is of the construction of an addition that took place on the former Methodist church. The concept came from a archived The Christian Guardian newspaper which described the 1867 scene.
The mural was made by John Hood from June 1st to September 18th 1994. He was assisted by Alexandra Hood and Zeb Salmaniw.
