This small cemetery sits on Old Kingston Road in the High Creek area of Scarborough. The ground itself dates back to the pre-1800s. Several churches have been on this area including the Wesleyan Methodist Church (1865-1891), which became the Centennial Methodist Church after merging with Bible Christian Methodist Church. This later became the Centennial United Church in 1925 after the creation of the United Church of Canada.
There is a plaque dedicated to the history placed on Canada's Centennial in the cemetery as well as a large mural dedicated to the church and cemetery. The cemetery itself has around 100-200 graves.
