This cairn was erected as a memorial to the Canadian Centennial (1867-1967). The Cairn was built by the Odd-Fellows, Rebekahs and the Royal Canadian Legion & Ladies Auxiliary Br. 120.

It is located in Greenwood Cemetery, an older cemetery in Georgetown.
