This sign is one of several found near the east parking lot closest to the entrance to Minto Brown Island Park. It describes the many species of wildlife found here and the role of the park in protecting wildlife habitat. Among the animals listed are black-tailed deer, raccoon, fox, mice, rabbits, western meadowlark and turtles.
