This Victorian-Queen Anne structure, built in 1910, originally served as the Leslie Methodist Church Parsonage. It was located at the corner of Commercial and Myers Streets but was moved to this location in 1984. The building features stained glass windows, a gable front, decorative shingles and a front porch. In recent years the building has served as a medical office.
