Remains of Sidi Mansour castle (in reality, there's just last one tower) are located just near Sidi Mansour Mosque in the centre of small city called Sidi Mansour just couple of kilometres from Sfax. This Ribat (Castle or Fortress as you wish) was build in times of Aghlabid Dynasty around year 700. More information about that dynasty are here at Wikipedia (
