An old horse trough and water windmill behind the 1950s-ugly courthouse in downtown Robert Lee TX has been here since the 1880s, when the courthouse square was the center of this community.

An old horse trough behind the Sterling Co. Courthouse at Robert Lee has been dry for almost a century (unless it rains), waiting in vain for a thirsty 4-legged traveler to stop by for a much-needed drink.
