This imagery oddity is for the first State Capitol building in downtown Corydon, IN. It is Old Hwy 135 (now Hwy 337) next to the Harrison County Courthouse.
Corydon was the capitol of Indiana from 1812 to 1825. The capitol building was started to be built in 1811 and was completed in 1813.
