Fifteen Minutes of Frame is part of Pittsfield's Upstreet Cultural District Project whose aim is to install sculptures by local artists in prominent locations around the downtown area of the city.
Artist Ze'ev Willy Neumann created this giant red frame. The frame is rectangle about 10' long and 9.5' high. It stands on wooden legs and a metal platform. The view through the frame is the fountain and plantings in the center of the town green known as Park Square. Visitors are also encouraged to have their picture taken behind the frame along with the fountain in the background.
