In Framingham, along Mass. Route 30, is REI Framingham.
The store is located on the eastbound side of Mass. Route 30 - also known as Cochituate Road, about a half mile west of the interchange with I-90, and near an entrance to Shopper's World. The store is in the midst of the retail center in the metrowest part of metropolitan Boston.
The store has two levels and contains a full array of items to purchase. It also has a climbing wall, which was closed at the time - there is a posted schedule when the wall is open.
On this visit, I bought my new Garmin GPS receiver there.
