The church is a brick building with a square plan. It has a high gable end facing the street with a large rosette stain glass window. The entrance way is on the right side of the building with a Gothic parapet cap. There are 7 narrow windows which appear to have stain glass which are capped with brownstone.
The church was designed by the Worcester firm of Fuller & Delano. The Baptists occupied the building into the 1970's. The church was then home to the Spanish Pentecostal congregation.
