This utility box is only decorated on two sides, One of the narrow sides faces the street, so it's easy to overlook, unless you're driving down Water Street headed west. Two sides are painted a plain tan color, so you might not notice it if you're headed east. The design is wrap material with the painted artwork applied to the two sides facing north and east. The wrap material is a little worn at the edge. The scene is some sandy cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, typical of what can be found at the nearby coast. Trees and ice plants are growing on top of the cliffs.
