This is one of the coolest old stone arch bridges I have found. Constructed in 1930 as a WPA project the roadway crosses this bridge within Spring Creek Park. The bridge is approximately 100 feet wide with a single lane of traffic. The bridges rises about 12 to 15 feet above Spring Creek which flows through the park to the Tuscumbia River.
Project type: Bridge

Date built or created: 1930
