A rather unusual Confederate marker located in Iuka, MS.

This marker caught my eye because of the unusual side panels contained on the marker. The left and right side single out troops from Texas and Missouri while the marker is located in Mississippi. The craftsmanship and dedication are apparent in the sculpting. The front panel echoes the sentiments of many:
