This traffic box art is part of the "Art On I Drive" program. This art program was created in partnership with Orange County, the City of Orlando, and the ETC Stakeholder Group of International Drive. This group established the first ever traffic control signal Art Box program for International Drive, and the first phase included the wrapping of 15 utility boxes with art created by University of Central Florida Ad Lab students (visit link). Unfortunately, the name of the specific artist wasn't included on the box, nor on any website that I could find. However, according to a July 2011 powerpoint show (visit link), the International Improvement District was working on a map that will identify the location of the boxes, the name and description of each artwork, and the name of the artist for each box.
